Illustrative Duties Graduate Nurse (T&RC) Prepares or assists with preparation of nursing care plans consistent with individuals’ comprehensive treatment plans and medical needs. Description The Clinical Nurse for the Mount Sinai nursing float pool is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients on a variety of assigned units.
