Reviews all coverage analysis to ensure appropriate charges are captures. Ensures appropriate charges and reimbursement for patient-related protocol costs. Reviews coverage analysis with PI and Research Nurse prior to obtaining signature. Reviews budget template with the financial analyst to ensure all financial information has been captured and is correct on the budget for all sponsored protocols. The Medical Assistant will provide support to clinicians and patients before and after their appointments and will work directly with multiple providers to provide high-quality patient care. Job Duties Schedules patient tests, procedures, and appointments. Conducts patient outreach and post operative patient follow up calls.
