Investigate incidents, complaints, allegations of abuse or neglect, and loss or misappropriation of resident property. Promptly report unusual occurrences in accordance with state and facility requirements. Operational Oversight Participate in daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident care, census changes, staffing, concerns, and operational priorities. Monitor facility conditions to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Support compliance with 24-hour nursing service requirements, RN coverage regulations, and abuse prevention programs. Promote workplace safety and accident prevention practices to reduce employee injuries and workers' compensation costs. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required Current and active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, nursing practices, infection control, and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
