Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC). Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN): A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. At least 1 year of LTC experience as a nurse Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of 'direct' and 'indirect' patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed.
