A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Rockland County, NY, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift . The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during the evening shift. This position is ideal for an RN who combines strong clinical judgment with effective leadership skills and is committed to maintaining high standards of resident care. Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control practices. Ensure adherence to facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable federal and New York State regulations. Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Qualifications Current and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to effectively supervise and motivate nursing staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
