Responsible for completing order sheets to maintain supply inventory levels; regularly check expiration dates on supplies. Responsible for maintenance of medical records and scanning charts to patient files. Answer phone calls, collect and sort daily incoming and outgoing postal correspondence Ensure reception is well maintained Conduct courtesy call-backs for patient follow-up. Perform opening and closing duties, which includes cashing out, end-of-day communication, and securing the building. Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed. Description The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for assuring compliance with mandated clinical orientation, competency assessment and interventions in the assigned clinical program of designated nursing staff within the Medical Center. Educate the patient and/or family in therapy administration via IV Infusion therapy preparation and administration Patient safety, monitoring, and post-infusion follow-up Communication with patients, families, infusion pharmacy, and medical providers as necessary A successful infusion field nurse will collaborate with the infusion manager, coordinators, and other internal office staff. They will conduct on-site field visits to provide patient care and, upon request, supervise nursing staff competence. They must be able to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities.
