Ensure medications are properly stored, secured, and accounted for in accordance with facility procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all medication administration and related resident care activities. Collaborate with nursing staff and the care team to promote resident-centered care and positive health outcomes. Qualifications for Certified Medication Technician: Must hold a valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification in the state of employment. Must also be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA), as required. Previous Certified Medication Technician(CMT) experience required. Experience in administering oral, topical, optic, ophthalmic medications, and subcutaneous injections required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow clinical instructions accurately and consistently. Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
