This role is part of the HRSA Street Medicine Intervention for people with HIV who are unsheltered, and is designed to bring critical health services directly to people experiencing homelessness and at-risk for HIV and Hepatitis C. Position Overview Grant-Funded Temporary Position Disclaimer: This is a temporary position funded entirely through the HRSA Street Medicine Intervention Program.
