Serving a mix of ER and inpatient populations, the Observation unit requires nurses to be highly adaptable with strong assessment skills, as patient conditions can change rapidly. Together, the combined unit provides diverse learning opportunities, high patient interaction, and strong professional development for nursing caregivers. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers with providing exceptional care to patients from initial introduction to discharge. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare education as needed.
