Addresses any concerns or complications Newborn Care Provides expert care for newborns, including routine screenings, vaccinations, and monitoring for jaundice and other common neonatal conditions. Level II NICU Care: Provides specialized care for newborns requiring Level II NICU interventions, including respiratory support, intravenous therapy, and feeding assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree Diploma or Bachelor's Degree program in Nursing Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in L&D, PP and NICU Level II/Nursery area is preferred but cross-training will be provided for those proficient in one or two of those areas. Support the establishment of clinical best practices, protocols, and workflows in new markets to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that aligns with company standards.
