Written, telephone, and manual dexterity skills are required for this position.Expert clinician who collaborates with nurses, physicians, house staff and ancillary services to coordinate and implement a health plan for a designated patient population. Provides advanced nursing practice to patients who are debilitated by chronic wounds, ostomy conditions or continence disorders. Education: An associate degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Experience: Four years of healthcare/medical - nursing/patient care experience in a relevant discipline is preferred. Certification/Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or compact state licensure in nursing is required. BLS certification required.
