Contribute to medical preparation for surveys; interact with state reviewers; provide feedback and documentation as needed. Work with Program Director to ensure that nursing staffing needs are met and nurses understand their scope of practice as it relates to their individual licensures. Responds to and effectively resolves all related client and staff concerns in a timely manner. Maintains positive working relationship with co-workers. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Requires valid RN license in the state of practice 3 or more years of experience supervising medical staff preferred 2 to 4 years of experience working with substance use / psychiatric demographic in residential or inpatient setting preferred.
