Position Purpose The Nurse Navigator is accountable for coordination of care and educational support to patients. This nurse also assists the department’s leadership in coordination and conducting specific programs that support clinical excellence. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.
