Unit Aide/ HHA/ DSP/ Caregiver/ RAs Responsibilities: Follows proper infection control procedures 100% of the time, including: Handwashing Proper putting on and taking off Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the facility Ensures safe environment and safe patient experience. Prepares rooms for new admissions, Makes beds,Stocks linen carts Assists with resident room changes including packing and/or unpacking of personal belongings and setting their rooms Enters all personal belongings into EMAR system., Ensures clothing is labeled as per facility polic Checks residents multiple times throughout the shift ensuring call bell and personal items are within reach Assist with patient nutritional needs, including feeding and adherence to specified dietary orders. Provides 1:1 supervision of residents if necessary Assists with medical transports as needed Requirements: High school Graduate/GED Lived in caregiving experience as family/informal caregiver, childcare provider, housekeeping, respite provider, is a plus Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability yo read, write and speak in English.
