Cooperates with all rehab disciplines. Keeps accountability sheets up to date with signatures as required. Testing of Urine and Collecting of Specimens Has knowledge of proper procedure. Records results. Informs nurse of results. Assignments Receives daily report from nurse. Consults assignment for special duties and sets proper priorities for following through on assignment. Is familiar with and takes proper action in meeting physical needs of resident.
