Position Summary Vitae Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Overview Registered Nurse Part-Time, PRN Arlington Heights, IL Hourly Range: $35-$50 Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of physiological, psychological, and developmental and age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly.
