Incorporates Alliance’s mission in guiding all departments in Measuring Performance through data collection, assessing current performance improvement and development of improvement processes. Systemically aggregates and analyzes data. Reviews undesired patterns or trends in performance. Ensures that analyzed information is used to make changes in improvement process and performance measures are used to determine whether changes result in desired outcomes. Also includes an education element and is responsible for the coordination, planning and direction of all facility education and training programs. Strong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities. Responsibilities : Develop and implement the written staffing plan that reflects the needs of the department.
