This position is designed to implement and controls nursing systems on the unit in collaboration with other nursing and multi-disciplinary personnel. Assists in developing and implementing specific programs. Ensures direct nursing care of residents by nursing personnel. Assumes various management duties on the unit, including acting ADON in the absence of the DON.
