Minimum two (2) years (within the last 5 years) of RN experience in adult infusion setting. Demonstrated leadership skills, including creative and effective problem-solving, experience leading and participating in change initiatives, ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and ability to direct nursing practice and apply critical thinking skills/judgment to a variety of situations. Nurse Leadership certification or completion of a nursing leadership certification within two (2) years of accepting this position.
