Assists with inventory and requisition of required supplies; keeps exam and procedure rooms adequately stocked at all times. Engages in positive interactions with Kaiser Permanente members, visitors and fellow staff members at all times. Monitor and manage refrigerated medications under the supervision of the practicing physician. Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards; facility policies and procedures; and federal, state, and local requirements. Administers medications per KP policy and using the 5 rights of medication administration. Performs basic diagnostic and laboratory tests and specimen collection per KP policy and CLIA regulations. Assist with routine patient education and self-care instructions as directed by providers. Performs other duties as assigned.
