Bay Area Direct Client Care has immediate openings for experienced LPN to care for developmentally disabled medically complex female with feeding tube, in a medical Group home in the Apollo Beach area. Shifts available are 7am- 7pm and 7pm-7am (NO SLEEPING PERMITTED). At this time days of the week are flexible and can be full time or part time. Note this is a group home there is currently one patient but we can admit up to 5 individuals (Rate increase for each new patient admitted). There is also home health aide present for personal care. The ideal candidate will have one year nursing experience. REQUIREMENTS: 1 YEAR LPN EXPERIENCE CURRENT FL LPN LICENSE CURRENT CPR/FIRST AIDE PASS LOCAL AND LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND SCREENING 
Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate opening for a home health aide in our medical group home. This aide will work along side a nurse and aide. Their daily duties will be to shower all consumers for the day, complete incontinent care, prepare meals, light house keeping and activities of daily living. Days needed are every Thursday and every other Sat, Sun 9am-7pm. Starting rate at this time is $21/hr Requirements: Minimum 1 year verifiable experience Minimum lift 50lbs Current CPR/First Aide Pass Local and level 2 background screening Reliable transportation Weekly pay, direct deposit. The cardiology nurse practitioner serves as a health-care provider who specializes suspected or known heart diseases. Your job as a nurse practitioner includes outpatient and telehealth visits. You will provide curbside consultations, coordinate pacemaker and defibrillator monitoring, and administer IV medications. You will oversee stress testing and deliver educational presentations to patients and providers. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted APRN license or willing to obtain a medical licenses in state of practice; Graduate of accredited APRN program of an accredited university You will demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients You will need to know how to use email and EMR At least one year of experience working as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner. You will have experience with pacemaker/ICD monitoring You will place IVs and administer IV medications This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
