Key Responsibilities •Provide direct patient care while maintaining high standards of nursing practice, safety, and quality. •Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and support outpatient procedures. •Assist providers with clinical procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. •Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, follow-up care, and health management. •Administer medications, perform IV therapy, obtain blood samples, and provide other nursing interventions as appropriate. •Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, Medical Assistants, and other members of the care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care. •Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). •Follow infection prevention protocols and promote a safe environment for patients, families, and staff. •Support a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and clinical excellence. Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Licensure & Certifications Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. Experience Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience required. Prior experience in urgent care, emergency department, or ambulatory/outpatient settings strongly preferred.
