Uphold patient rights, privacy, and respect in all interactions. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification required. Medical-Surgical and infusion/chemotherapy experience preferred. ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification highly preferred; OCN certification a plus. Strong IV skills, assessment abilities, and critical thinking. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Comfort with technology and a commitment to confidentiality.
