Completes payroll in collaboration with Nurse Manager. Provides volumes & adjustments to reflect variances in staffing needs within Smart Square. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager to evaluate, maintain and improve patient care team member performance. Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, conducting audits and performance reviews to enhance patient outcomes. Evaluate and analyze data to identify trends and areas needing improvement. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policies. Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering professional development and skills enhancement. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights regarding education and quality management. Stay current with industry trends, and changes in healthcare regulations and quality assurance practices. Facilitate orientation and ongoing training sessions for new hires. Current RN license in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Master's degree in Nursing or Education; BSN required. Minimum of 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in home health, hospice, or related field. Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in home health and hospice care. Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives. CPR certification required. Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing. Possesses the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
