Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Registered Nurse and/or physician. Accurately document resident care, observations, and treatments. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care. Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members. Maintain infection control practices and adhere to all safety regulations and facility policies. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
