How you'll contribute A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient's needs. Essential Functions Administer medications safely, accurately, and based on patient age and clinical condition. Perform all patient care tasks in a manner that promotes patient safety and reduces medical errors. Develop and implement individualized teaching plans based on patient and family learning needs.
