Keep an accurate record of food intake and output, as directed. Be alert for proper ventilation, temperature, light and noise control. Take TPR (temperature, pulse, & rate), blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc., as directed. Requirements/Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Current Nursing Assistant certification from New York. Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
