This department is an 28-bed telemetry unit that cares for patients during their acute needs while anticipating their transition to home, sub-acute rehab, or another skilled facility. Description Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in our Hematology Oncology department. The APP will support the department in an ambulatory setting. This role provides comprehensive clinical management for patients enrolled in early-phase oncology clinical trials, including patient assessment, symptom and toxicity management, disease monitoring, and treatment coordination.
