This paid opportunity pairs externs with experienced RN preceptors across two nursing units in 4-week rotations, allowing students to apply their skills in real patient care settings. Externs will assist with procedures, manage patient assignments, and observe interdisciplinary collaboration. Weekly Educational Extern Conferences support professional development, and an optional winter clinical rotation is offered for those interested in additional clinical growth during their school break.
