ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse - Children's Services will include, but are not limited to the following: Serves and participates as a member of interdisciplinary team. Is responsible for assisting Registered Nurse in coordinating and following through on provisions of health care services for students in program. Keeps progress notes under supervision of registered nurse for each student and summarizes for quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews.
