Is familiar with and takes proper action in meeting physical needs of resident. Routinely checks and keeps in order all residents' belongings: i.e. clothing, glasses, hearing aid, prosthesis aid, adaptive devices, etc. Ensures that residents on turning schedule is positioned every two hours or as ordered, and documented. Ensures that residents on toileting schedule are assisted as needed, and documented. Resident is kept clean and dry. Gives assistance to co-workers when needed. Uses good handwashing techniques. Cooperation Works well with co-workers and supervisors. Maintains appropriate relationship with residents, families and peers. Gives assistance to other departments: i.e. recreation, when necessary. Communicates well with other staff members.
