Understands physiologic monitoring and the implications to drive changes to clinical management of the patient. Participates in CEOC activities for the advancement and optimization of the medical record as requested. The Medical Assistant will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), or Physician, assisting with a range of clinical and administrative tasks such as administering vaccines, conducting EKGs, recording vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient care.
