Description House Supervisor RN at Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, CA. This position is Part-Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts. Reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for the coordination of patient flow and supervisory activities of float staff during their assigned shift. This position serves as a nursing resource and intervenes in difficult situations or medical crisis. The House Supervisor advocates for the protection and rights of individuals, families, health care providers, nursing and other professions especially related to health and safety. The House Supervisor will ensure the continuing coordination of operations of all hospital departments being consistent with the hospital's values, goals and strategic plan.
