Job Summary: The Clinical Manager (RN) will provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the CA UIS (Unsatisfactory Immigration Status) Care Coordination and Case Management programs. The Field Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical resource bridging field operations and administrative/quality functions. In collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, determine when clinician scheduling access in Kinnser should be suspended based on ongoing scheduling compliance issues. Document scheduling concerns, follow-up discussions, and actions taken to ensure accountability and adherence to scheduling procedures.
