Pay Range Disclosure: In accordance with the Massachusetts Wage Transparency Act, the pay range for this position is $88,000 to $89,000 per year , which reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay at the time of posting. Assists Staff Development with orientation and on-the-job training for new nursing personnel as needed. 15. Collaborates with nursing supervisor in documenting disciplinary concerns for nursing assistants on designated shifts, including reprimands, oral and written warnings, and corrective action recommendations. 16. Notifies nursing supervisor, resident’s physician, and family of a change in the resident’s condition or an accident/incident involving the resident. 17. Assumes any duties that are assigned by the RN Supervisor/ADNS to provide optimal quality resident care. 18.
