Certification: Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is desired. Reliable Transportation Required. Experience: One year of experience working with a frail and/or older adult population preferably in a PACE program. If under one year, must complete Summit Eldercare training program for health aides prior to working with participants independently. Must complete a standardized set of Summit Eldercare competencies for Health Aides on an annual basis.
