The ideal candidate will have experience with recreation therapy/activities and true enjoyment of working with the elderly. DUTIES: Plan, develop, and lead engaging recreation programs tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and needs. Create and maintain monthly activity calendars that reflect variety and innovation.
