Duties require regular and direct interaction with residents with varying degrees of physical and mental illness, dementia, infectious diseases, severe physical and mental limitations, and residents who may display unpredictable behavior. Incumbents predictably encounter high levels of stress and emotional situations, exposure to potentially physically and verbally violent patient populations and exposure to infectious disease. Minimum Qualifications Possession of (or eligible for) licensure as a Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). NOTE: Must maintain licensure as a condition of employment. Special Requirements Overtime work is required to maintain minimum staffing levels per regulation and is a condition of employment.
