Inpatient rehabilitation is provided for stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and disease, multiple trauma, and burns. The successful candidate will perform vaginal birth and laceration repair (first-, second-, and as appropriate to training); limited first-, second-, and third-trimester obstetric ultrasound as appropriate to training and experience; cesarean section first surgical assist; and IUD and subdermal contraceptive implant insertion and removal. This individual will also provide postpartum care and discharge of mothers, including management of the higher-acuity postpartum patient.
