Work with Program Director to ensure that nursing staffing needs are met and nurses understand their scope of practice as it relates to their individual licensures. Requirements: Requires valid RN license in the state of practice 3 or more years of experience supervising medical staff preferred 2 to 4 years of experience working with substance use / psychiatric demographic in residential or inpatient setting preferred.
