Participate in ongoing educational activities to acquire and validate knowledge (i.e. BLS, NAPPI). Seek experiences that reflect current clinical competencies and new clinical information. Maintain professional affiliations. Attend regularly scheduled staff meeting. Perform all other tasks and projects assigned by the Charge Nurse/ Clinical Coordinator. May be required to act as back-up for other members of the staff. Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers and other healthcare providers. Share knowledge, skills, and experience with colleagues and others. Provide colleagues and peers with constructive feedback regarding their practice. Contribute to a learning environment that is conducive to healthcare education.
