CPR certification is recommended (required for direct patient care in Georgia), along with prior experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or population-specific nursing such as geriatrics or pediatrics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
