Full-Time, (3) 12-hr Shifts, rotating Weekends Job Summary: Under the supervision of the clinical provider, the Medical Assistant duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, IV/Blood draw, ECG, office diagnostic testing, x-ray prep, assisting with splinting/wound care and assisting in administering medications as directed by physician. Job Summary POSITION IS BONUS ELIGIBLE Responsible for planning and providing nursing care to patients according to AORN Standards of Nursing Practice and Hospital policies and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to implement goal-directed nursing care for a defined group of patients. Monitor medical condition of assigned patients at all times and report to Nursing Supervisor and Physician or designee any patient a=care problems, changes in condition or unexpected occurrences. Assess patient’s healthcare status based upon physical examination, related reports and records and consultation with appropriate personnel. Responsibilities Admissions Nurse (RN) Opportunity - Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. This is a full time, day shift, 40 hour per week position working Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm .
