Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift. Ensure quality resident care and timely response to resident needs. Assist with admissions, discharges, and changes in resident condition. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership during urgent situations. Serve as the clinical resource and decision-maker for the nursing team. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
