The RN is responsible for supervising LPN’s, AMAP and Direct Support Professionals (milieu counselors) in the performance of nursing tasks and activities. Job Responsibility Manages and leads team members, operations and patient care activities within a patient care unit during assigned shift. Collaborates with team members and nursing management in the development of methods, techniques and analytical approach to patient care.
