Job Description The Department of Ambulatory Care Services at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing/Nurse Practitioner, Suite G OB-GYN. The successful candidate will: Provide primary care services to individuals and families; this will include care for incumbents own panel of patients, as well as seeing walk-in patients of the practice as needed. Document all care provided in the patients medical records. Develop further, maintain/manage patient care panel with participation in managed care programs and other direct patient care programs as applicable.
