Job Description This Resource Float Pool RN will support our ICU service lines. Candidates should have experience caring for critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments. Resource Float Pool RNs may also be asked to support other areas throughout the hospital based on patient care and staffing needs. The Christ Hospital has three ICU specialties at our main Auburn Avenue campus, each offering unique patient populations and experiences: CVICU (28 beds): Focuses on high-acuity cardiovascular patients, including open heart surgery, heart transplants, ventricular assist devices, ECMO, Impellas, and advanced heart failure patients.
