Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with nursing operations Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff during overnight shifts Ensure nursing staff follow facility policies, procedures, job responsibilities, and standards of care Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalism Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident needs in a timely manner Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Participate in facility surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities as requested Communicate significant resident, staffing, and clinical concerns to nursing leadership Promote teamwork, accountability, and quality resident-centered care Qualifications Current and active New Jersey RN license Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care/SNF Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and effectively during overnight shifts Commitment to quality resident care and regulatory compliance Why Join Alliance Care?
