Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, or Long-Term Care setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
