Requirements and Qualifications: • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). • Certificate/License: Active State of Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience is required. Primary Care experience preferred. • Location: Candidates must currently live in OR and preferably reside in either Lane, Marion, Polk or Yamhill County or the Portland Metro area.
